DESCRIPTION

The Boom Shankar Bellerose Jacket is a true-to-size cropped denim jacket in Midnight Denim, with a structured collar, contrast golden double stitching and our signature Boom Shankar smile antique brass buttons, a little detail that makes it unmistakably us. Layer it over bold prints and knits, or wear it head-to-toe with the Bellerose Pant and Skirt for a sharp, urban denim moment.

70% cotton, 28% polyester, 2% acrylic, short length, long sleeve with cuffs, front placket with antique brass buttons, collar, shoulder pads, contrast double stitching, x2 front patch pockets with flap and pleat detailing.

Fit notes: Fits true to size. Our model is 175cm tall with 81cm bust, 61cm waist, 86cm hips and wears a size 8/XS.

When Nat Angel (@letmetrybeforeyoubuy) tried on our Bellerose collection in Midnight Denim, she admitted she rarely recommends denim jackets, but this one earned its place. The ambiguous midnight colour (dark denim or almost black), is "magical" in Nat's words, and is what sets the whole range apart.

When she styled the jacket with the skirt for a double denim look, her reaction was "holy cow!", calling it another mic drop moment for Boom Shankar. She loved the contrast topstitching, cool pocket detailing and elevated finish across the pieces.

One important sizing note: Nat actively downsized from a 12 to a 10 in the Pant and Skirt and the 10 was still generous in the waistband, so size down from your usual.
